Hosted by Ryan Seacrest, the annual Dick Clark new year festivities are set to usher in 2025 with a bang as an electrifying mix of music icons and fresh faces are added to the all-star lineup.

AceShowbiz - ABC and Dick Clark Productions have pulled out all the stops for this year's "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2025," slated to air live on December 31 starting at 8 p.m. ET, with a next-day stream on Hulu. Celebrating its 54th annual broadcast, this year's event features an extraordinary lineup of performers spread across multiple locations.
Among the night's highlights is Alanis Morissette, who will be marking the 30th anniversary of her iconic "Jagged Little Pill" album with multiple West Coast performances. Morissette will also duet with Renee Rapp on the timeless hit "You Oughta Know."
Adding to the excitement, viewers can look forward to DJ Cassidy's "Pass the Mic Live!" featuring Ja Rule, Fat Joe, Slick Rick, and Doug E. Fresh. The West Coast festivities will also see dazzling acts by Dasha, Ernest, HARDY, Ke$ha, jazz fusion artist Laufey, Natasha Bedingfield performing "Unwritten," and T-Pain serving up a medley of his greatest hits.
Meanwhile, Blake Shelton will be heating things in Las Vegas with performances of his latest single "Texas" and some of his greatest hits. Over in New York City's Times Square, R&B legends TLC will make the night unforgettable by performing songs from their celebrated album "Crazysexycool," also commemorating its 30th anniversary. Carrie Underwood will headline the Times Square stage right before midnight, delivering a medley of her most popular songs.
The celebrations extend to Puerto Rico, where Luis Fonsi will delight fans just before midnight in the Atlantic time zone, an hour ahead of the traditional New York City ball drop. Dayanara Torres will be anchoring the Puerto Rico feed, returning as co-host.
Also adding to this spectacular lineup are previously announced performers: CMA New Artist of the Year Megan Moroney, British dance-pop sensation Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Lenny Kravitz, Teddy Swims, Tinashe, Cody Johnson, and Thomas Rhett.
The event will be hosted by Ryan Seacrest, marking his 20th appearance, and he will be joined by co-host Rita Ora in Times Square. As we gear up to close this year and venture into 2025, "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest" promises to be an evening full of unforgettable performances and heart-thumping countdown moments.
