'American Idol' alum Carrie Underwood is set to reunite with Ryan Seacrest to ring in 2025 at New York's Times Square for the annual Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve.

AceShowbiz - Carrie Underwood, the Grammy-winning country music star, will lead a star-studded lineup of performers on ABC's annual holiday tradition, "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest."
Underwood, who won "American Idol" in 2005, will perform a medley of her greatest hits just before the ball drop in Times Square, marking her third time on the annual extravaganza. She returns to the "Rockin' Eve" stage to celebrate 20 years since her "Idol" victory and will join Ryan Seacrest, who is hosting his 20th New Year's Eve in Times Square.
Joining Underwood on the stage will be Megan Moroney, the CMA New Artist of the Year, performing a two-song medley from her album "Am I Okay?"; British singer-songwriter Sophie Ellis-Bextor, who will debut on the show with her hit "Murder on the Dancefloor"; and Dayanara Torres, who returns as co-host from Puerto Rico.
Other performers announced include Lenny Kravitz, Tinashe, Teddy Swims, Cody Johnson, and Thomas Rhett. The show will also feature renowned magicians and circus artists.
"Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2025" will air live on ABC on December 31 at 8 p.m. ET and will stream on Hulu the following day. The annual spectacle typically draws in millions of viewers and features live performances and a look at New Year's celebrations around the globe.
