Roger Nores, who is currently under investigation for allegedly abandoning the late singer in Argentina, files new documents that claim CasaSur Palermo Hotel should be blamed for his friend's passing.

AceShowbiz - Liam Payne's friend is pointing finger at the hotel where he was staying amid investigation into the singer's tragic passing. Roger Nores, who is currently under investigation by Argentinian authorities for alleged abandonment, is blaming the hotel for his friend's death.

Roger's legal team has filed new documents in Argentina. In the papers, he basically makes the argument that CasaSur Palermo Hotel is the one at fault for Liam's death.

Roger points out that the hotel did not have a 24-hour doctor available, even though it's required under the law. Roger claims the hotel didn't effectively provide for Liam's safety despite knowing that the former One Direction member was drunk and high on drugs.

"A world-famous person was staying with obvious signs of being going through a crisis caused by drug intake at that very moment, and they did not even make an effort there to make up for their legal omission of having a 24-hour doctor," read the documents, which were obtained by TMZ on Wednesday, December 4.

Roger says that the hotel knew Liam was on a bender for three days straight and did nothing about it. He claims he's not the one who left Liam alone, but it's the hotel manager who left the English star alone in his room before his fatal fall from the balcony of his third-floor hotel room.

Roger believes that Liam was trying to escape the hotel after staffers physically carried him into him room as a hat and a bag were found with the singer when he fell. Roger insists that the hotel bears at least part of the blame for Liam's death.

A judge apparently takes Roger's claims into consideration and will look into them. According to the report, the judge will go to the hotel to check out the room and the cameras.

As previously reported, a judge has ruled that national prosecutors can charge Roger with abandonment related to the singer's passing. Although Roger's attorney had filed documents claiming any case against him should be handled by local Buenos Aires prosecutors, the judge has said Argentina's national prosecutors can move forward with their investigation into Roger's alleged role in Liam's death.

Roger, who accompanied Liam in Argentina but stayed in a separate location, has denied any wrongdoing. He claimed he visited Liam at his hotel three times. He told cops Liam was doing fine when he last saw him around 4 P.M. at the CasaSur Palermo Hotel.

Sources say authorities took Roger's passport when they launched the investigation, so it appears he'll have to remain in Argentina while this whole case plays out. Meanwhile, two other individuals have been charged for allegedly supplying drugs to Liam.
