AceShowbiz - Teddi Mellencamp, formerly of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," has revised her custody arrangements amid her divorce from Edwin Arroyave. Originally, she requested sole physical and legal custody of their three children, Slate, Cruz, and Dove, but now she is seeking joint physical and legal custody.
The change in Mellencamp's stance comes after she had an alleged affair with her horse trainer, Simon Schroeder. The affair, which has since ended, was reportedly not the sole reason for the couple's divorce, as it was revealed that Arroyave had also been unfaithful during their marriage.
In a new divorce filing, Mellencamp maintained that the couple's date of separation was October 20, while Arroyave listed it as November 1. However, both parties are seeking joint custody of their children. Arroyave is also requesting that the court enforce their prenuptial agreement.
Meanwhile, Teddi's close friend, Tamra Judge, who co-hosts the "Two Ts in a Pod" podcast with her, expressed her support for the estranged couple. "I hope that they get to work it out," Judge said. She also noted that Eddie Judge, her husband, co-hosts a podcast with Arroyave and that they remain on good terms.
Mellencamp has not confirmed or denied the allegations of infidelity but emphasized that her children are her priority. Arroyave has yet to publicly address the allegations.
