Reality star Blac Chyna firmly believes that her upcoming marriage to fiance Derrick Milano is going to last, so signing a prenuptial agreement never crosses her mind.

AceShowbiz - Newly engaged Blac Chyna has decided to forgo a prenuptial agreement with her fiance Derrick Milano, citing her belief that they will not divorce. Chyna expressed this sentiment during an interview on Angela Tee's "Lip Service" podcast.
"We're not getting a divorce," Blac Chyna stated, insisting that "in this relationship, it's not a competition" before comparing her current relationship to her past one.
The reality TV star, who was previously engaged to Rob Kardashian and shares a daughter him and a son with rapper Tyga, also dished on her wedding plans. She wants to have two ceremonies, one of which is more private with only their closed circle in attendance.
Derrick proposed to Blac Chyna during the homecoming festivities at Howard University in October. The proposal was captured on video, showing Derrick getting down on one knee on stage and presenting Blac Chyna with a ring.
Earlier in the interview, Chyna revealed she made the first move in their relationship.
Blac Chyna and Derrick have been in a relationship for over a year, and made their romance public in September 2023. In a post on Instagram, Blac Chyna expressed her love for Derrick, calling him her "dearest" and thanking him for bringing "light and warmth" into her life.
