AceShowbiz - Ashley Darby and her estranged husband Michael Darby have officially filed for divorce two years after announcing their separation. According to court documents obtained by Page Six, Ashley, 36, initiated the proceedings on Wednesday, November 20. Michael, 65, told TMZ that the pair reached an "amicable and fair settlement" with the assistance of a prenup.
The divorce will include shared custody of their sons, Dean, 5, and Dylan, 3. Ashley first announced their split in April 2022, stating that they were "in very different stages" of life and had different goals.
Per TMZ, the exes have already agreed on a settlement that includes custody arrangements. Both Ashley and Michael expressed their mutual desire for each other's happiness and fulfillment, recognizing that they cannot achieve it together.
In the months leading up to the divorce filing, Ashley had been open about the emotional toll of the separation. She shared that she experienced depression and struggled to come to terms with the altered course of her life.
