The former 'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' cast member has initiated divorce proceedings after 13 years of marriage, listing October 20 as their separation date.

AceShowbiz - Teddi Mellencamp has officially dissolved her marriage to Edwin Arroyave. On Friday, November 1, the former Bravo star filed divorce papers in an L.A. court, according to E! News.
In the petition obtained by E!, Mellencamp lists "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split and indicates their separation date as October 20. She is seeking primary legal and physical custody of their three children, Slate, 12, Cruz, 10, and Dove, 4, while allowing visitation for Arroyave. Mellencamp is also requesting spousal support.
Mellencamp publicly announced the breakup on Instagram on November 2, stating that her priority remains her children's well-being.
Although the official separation date is listed as October 20, Mellencamp and Arroyave attended the Cure Melanoma Gala in New York City together on October 24. In a post from the event, Arroyave praised Mellencamp for her advocacy and strength. Despite Arroyave's supportive post, Mellencamp later confirmed that they had been separated for nearly two weeks prior to the event.
In her divorce petition, Mellencamp has also requested that the court block Arroyave from receiving spousal support from her. She is seeking to have her attorney's fees and costs paid by Arroyave.
Neither Mellencamp nor Arroyave has publicly addressed the divorce since Mellencamp's announcement.
