AceShowbiz - Selena Gomez knows how to make the most of her day. The singer/actress has voted early in the 2024 U.S. Presidential Election before attending the premiere of the new Disney Channel series "Wizards Beyond Waverly Place".
The 32-year-old former Disney darling went to the ballot box to drop off her election ballot on Monday, October 28. Documenting the moment in a TikTok video, which was reposted on her Instagram Story, she was seen already dressed to the nines in a moving car as she said, "On my way to the 'Wizards' premiere."
Selena then stopped by a ballot box. "You can't go to the premiere without voting," she cheerfully said while heading to the box with an envelope in her hand. Looking gorgeous in her red gown and matching shoes, she made sure her ballot was properly safe inside the box before she left. She also posed next to the box, showing off her red purse with "I voted" pin.
Selena then continued her trip and arrived at the premiere, held at the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood, where she reunited with her "Wizards of Waverly Place" co-star David Henrie. She looked in great spirits when posing side-by-side with her on-screen brother on the purple carpet. She also posed for photos with newcomer Janice LeAnn Brown, who stars as a young wizard on the new series.
For the event, the "Only Murders in the Building" star dazzled in a custom Rodarte dress with an asymmetrical frock and a high slit. She sported fresh face makeup with a swipe of pale pink lipstick while her dark hair was let loose in natural waves style.
Selena will appear as a guest star on the "Wizards" sequel series, while David reprises his role as Justin Russo in a regular capacity. She also serves as executive producer alongside David. The first episode airs on Tuesday, October 29 on Disney Channel.
