AceShowbiz - Cher and Alexander "AE" Edwards appeared to have shown that there is no trouble in paradise. The "DJ Play a Christmas Song" hitmaker and her boyfriend recently spent time with his son Slash despite rumors of relationship drama.
On Saturday, October 19, the 78-year-old legendary singer made an appearance at the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame induction ceremony. She was joined by her 38-year-old beau. Not stopping there, he brought along his 5-year-old son, whom he shares with Amber Rose.
During the star-studded event, Cher, AE and Slash also hit the red carpet together. On the red carpet, they did not forget to strike some poses for pictures together. The three of them, who looked in sync in their all-black outfits, looked in good spirits, flashing their radiant big smiles at the camera.
Moreover, Cher and AE were not shy to show their affection towards each other. One of the photos captured the couple, who has a huge age gap, standing side-by-side as she wrapped her hands around his arm. In the meantime, Slash cheerfully posed with his hand gesture while also holding a toy.
The fun outing came amid claims suggesting that Cher and AE have trouble in paradise. On Tuesday, October 15, a source said that their relationship drama made her try to "make peace" with her estranged kids, Chaz Bono and Elijah Blue Allman.
The source spilled, "Cher says she's doing this because she misses them, but everyone suspects she wants to make peace because she's worried her relationship with A.E. won't last and she doesn't want to face the end of her life totally alone."
The insider went on to explain, "They don't trust his intentions, and that has caused some friction, so Cher would never want to admit to them that there's trouble brewing between her and A.E.." The insider also shared, "Cher was furious, and they got into a big fight."
Previously, an informant revealed that Cher and AE are "spending more time apart." According to the informant, he doesn't like her "questioning his every move" and "not giving him room to breathe."
