AceShowbiz - Ellen DeGeneres apparently has a creepy nickname for Sean "P. Diddy" Combs. An old tweet from the comedienne came to light in the wake of the rapper's sex trafficking arrest on Monday, September 16.

The X post, made back in 2016, saw Ellen referring to Diddy as "Cuddle McSnugglestuff." The nickname was part of a shout-out that the former "Ellen DeGeneres Show" host had tweeted to Diddy on his birthday.

"Happy birthday, P Diddy, Puff Daddy, Sean Combs, or as I call him, Cuddle McSnugglestuff. You don't need to know why," so Ellen wrote in the post.

In response to the newly-resurfaced nickname, some Internet users pointed out that it's concerning to see Ellen on a "nickname basis" with the disgraced musician. "Do you know how sick you gotta be to be on a nickname basis with Diddy??!?!?" one person replied to the original tweet.

Another commented, "This aged… poorly. Here to comment before the inevitable delete." Someone else added, "What a strange thing to say."

This wasn't the first time Ellen's name was brought up in the discourse regarding Diddy's legal drama. Recently, a clip from "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" resurfaced online, featuring the host mentioning Diddy's annual white parties during their interview.

In the February 2018 episode of the show, Ellen revealed that Diddy arrived late to her taping and asked if he would behave the same for a party she was planning. Diddy replied, "Yes I am - no - you know I have to arrive fashionably late," to which Ellen said, "Not too late, though - please."

When the Bad Boy Records founder asked, "What time would you like me there?" Ellen responded, "I'll tell you later. But not too late - cause, you know, once you get there the party really starts, you know what I'm saying?"

"Yeah ... I got you - I promise you I'm not gonna let you down on this big one, for real," Diddy, who is arrested for alleged sex crimes, responded. "Your feet are gonna have blisters, you're gonna be dancing so hard."
