The current and former staff members of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex shower the couple with praises after a recent article dubbed Meghan a 'dictator in high heels.'

AceShowbiz - Team working for Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have broken their silence following rumors regarding the Duchess of Sussex's "terrible" behavior. In a new report, the team denied the allegations, noting that they only had positive experience with the couple.

Speaking to Us Weekly, Ben Browning, who is their former head of content, said that his experience with them in general "was positive and supportive." He added, "We all continue to be friends. The narratives we've seen suggesting the contrary are untrue."

Onetime chief of staff Catherine St-Laurent also claimed that she and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have "remained close." She recalled, "The time I spent working with Prince Harry and Meghan was incredibly meaningful to me."

As for Josh Kettler, whose exit as Harry's chief of staff sparked bad press, he noted that Harry and Meghan "warmly welcomed" him when he first joined the Archewell team. He additionally dubbed the pair "dedicated and hardworking" and that "it was impressive to witness."

Ashley Hansen, global press secretary to the duke and duchess and the head of communications for Archewell, meanwhile, revealed how her bosses showed support for her when she had to take some extended time off for a serious surgery. "When I told them, I was met with the kind of concern and care a parent would express if it were their own child," she recounted.

"I was asked what I needed, how and if they could help, and told to take as much time as I needed," she continued. According to Ashley, in addition to sending flowers and care packages, Meghan "would personally reach out to my husband daily to make sure that we both were OK and had support. It meant so much to him and even more to me. You don't realize how much that kind of kindness and thought means until you need it."

The praises came after The Hollywood Reporter published an article featuring a source dubbing Meghan a "dictator in high heels" who "belittles" people. She has reduced "grown men to tears."
