Just over a month after announcing their engagement, Kaley Cuoco revealed that she and Tom Pelphrey are in no rush to walk down the aisle. The couple has yet to start wedding planning and may consider having a second child before sharing their nuptials.

"We're gonna go way out of order. That's our plan," Cuoco told People.

Cuoco, who shares one-year-old daughter Matilda with Pelphrey, is enjoying the role of fiancee for the time being and wants to relish this chapter without the pressure of immediate wedding festivities.

"The minute I had my baby, they're like, 'When's your second one?' I'm like, 'Oh my God, is anyone gonna just let me just enjoy this?' " she said.

The couple first met through their manager at an Ozark premiere in April 2022 and quickly fell in love. Pelphrey reportedly felt an instant connection with Cuoco and told USA Today, "It hit me. It was love at first sight."

Cuoco, who has been married twice before, has plans to build a life with Pelphrey, but they are taking things at their own pace. The actress joked, "I have four dogs now, and a [one-year-old baby], and a Tom - it's a lot."

Despite the lack of wedding plans, Cuoco and Pelphrey are ecstatic about their engagement and the future they have together. Their bond remains strong, and they are prioritizing their family and personal happiness above all else.
