AceShowbiz - David Beador, the former husband of "The Real Housewives of Orange County" star Shannon Beador, has been served divorce papers by his current wife, Lesley Beador. The divorce filing comes amidst allegations of verbal abuse and a temporary restraining order.

According to court documents obtained by In Touch, Lesley filed for dissolution of marriage on September 17. She cited "irreconcilable differences" and listed the date of separation as September 8. The couple shares a 3-year-old daughter named Anna Love Beador.

Lesley requested primary legal and physical custody of Anna, with visitation rights for David. She also sought spousal support and asked the court to terminate David's right to receive any support.

In her divorce petition, Lesley alleged that David had created a hostile environment for her and her children through verbal abuse. She provided video evidence of David's behavior when her ex-partner came to pick up their children.

David responded to Lesley's petition, disputing the date of the breakup and claiming it was September 17. He requested joint legal and physical custody of their daughter and asked that Lesley receive spousal support according to their prenuptial agreement.

The prenuptial agreement, which was signed on October 9, 2020, stipulates that Lesley would receive $10,000 per month for half the duration of the marriage. David also asked that both parties cover their own legal fees.

The divorce filing comes days after Lesley obtained a temporary restraining order against David. The order requires him to stay 100 yards away from Lesley, her children, and their home until a hearing next month.
