AceShowbiz - Chloe Bailey has revealed that some online haters called her "boring." While giving her response to the negative comments, the one half of musical duo Chloe x Halle candidly shared that she has been protecting her peace.

During a recent Instagram Live, the 26-year-old singer/actress admitted to getting hurt by the "boring" label. Speaking to her viewers, she said, "I saw multiple tweets today - that hurt my feelings - talking about how boring of an individual I am. And I was like, 'I'm boring?' "

Chloe went on to explain, "Boring is good, right? I stay to myself. The reason I stay to myself is because this industry is crazy. And if I was so mixy, I would have self identity issues. Like, you have to stay to yourself, you have to keep your circle small to save yourself."

The "Boy Bye" singer then stressed, "Nobody knows how crazy this industry is. If you all knew what I have been through and knew the stories, you would be surprised that I'm still even doing this. So, I have to be boring for my mental health."

Chloe further asked, "I can never do enough. I do a bunch of press, I do these, and I'm boring? 'Cause I keep certain things hidden and private?" She continued, "I don't do drugs, I don't do anything like that, I'd much rather be boring," before adding, "Yeah, I'm boring but it's not a bad thing. I'd just stay with myself, with my family."

After sharing her responses, Chloe received support from many Instagram users. In the comments section of a post featuring short clips from the livestream, one in particular gushed, " 'Boring' women are the best women." Similarly, another chimed in, "If boring means being NORMAL then wear that badge loud & proud Chloe."

A third exclaimed, "It NEVER GAVE BORING! She's always seemed kind, funny and hella talented. When you a real one you know you gotta stay out the way to stay out of unnecessary trouble or people getting too familiar with you." A fourth added, "She's literally full of life nothing is boring about her."
