AceShowbiz - Gypsy Rose Blanchard, 33, and her boyfriend Ken Urker are preparing for the arrival of their first child, a baby girl. The couple shared their pregnancy news on Instagram with a photo of their 20-week ultrasound.

On September 7, expectant mother Gypsy-Rose Blanchard shared a photo on Instagram of herself and her boyfriend, Ken Urker, with their arms around each other outside of a Nobu restaurant. "A lovely evening with my love @kenurker," she wrote in the caption.

Blanchard and Urker also posted a photograph of their latest ultrasound in a joint Instagram post on September 3. "Our sweet baby girl for our 20 week ultrasound. She is growing and measuring beautifully. #pregnancy #babygirl #newmom," they wrote, alongside an ultrasound image of the baby's head, arms and hands.

The expectant parents announced they were having a girl in August with a sex reveal involving balloons and confetti.

Gypsy Rose Blanchard, who served eight years in prison for her role in the murder of her mother, Dee Dee Blanchard, shared with PEOPLE how she plans to approach motherhood. "All the things that I wanted in a mother, I want to give to this baby. My mother told me I was never going to get married, raise a family, have kids or do any of that. So, to be here, standing on my own two feet and expecting my first baby, that's something I've reached as an achievement and a personal goal," she said shortly after announcing her pregnancy in July.
