'Life After Lock Up' star Gypsy-Rose Blanchard clarifies some of the rumors about her family as she's rumored to face scrutiny from Child Protective Services and use weight-loss drug.

AceShowbiz - Gypsy-Rose Blanchard is setting the record straight about numerous rumors surrounding her family, addressing concerns from gossip to Child Protective Services' involvement.

Contrary to rumors she has seen circulating online, Blanchard's baby daughter is "safe and healthy," the Munchausen by proxy survivor states. On January 24, the 33-year-old shared a list of statements on her Instagram Stories addressing "false rumors of the week" about herself, her boyfriend Ken Urker, and their daughter Aurora Raina, born December 28, 2024.

At the top of the list was a rumor regarding her daughter, which alleged that Child Protective Services (CPS) had visited her Louisiana home out of concern for the almost-1-month-old - a claim Blanchard vehemently denied.

"NO, CPS is not involved!” the new mom wrote, adding, "our baby is very safe and healthy" with an eye-roll emoji.

Blanchard also clarified several other rumors, including the bizarre claim that she and Urker used a "doll or fake baby" in the birth announcement photos. Blanchard, who was released from prison in December 2023 after serving eight years for her role in the 2015 murder of her mother, has since shared only limited updates about Aurora, reflecting her desire for a more private life.

Touching on her postpartum appearance, Blanchard firmly denied using weight loss medication. "NO, I am not on any weight loss medication," she wrote, emphasizing her satisfaction with her postpartum body. "I just look damn good for postpartum, hate me cause you ain't me."

Later, in a statement to PEOPLE, she reiterated, "I never have used weight loss drugs to lose weight. I was blessed with a healthy pregnancy and gained very little."

The "Life After Lock Up" star revealed she maintains her figure by doing yoga and other exercises. "I am now focusing on getting fit by doing yoga and other exercises to help tone my belly," she explained. "I bought small gym equipment for my home to start getting healthy."

In addressing these rumors, Blanchard issued a strong message to those who perpetuate and believe in such misinformation. "IF ANYONE ACTUALLY BELIEVES THIS BS THEN YOUR BRAIN HAS BEEN ROTTED BY MISINFORMATION AND CLICK BAIT WITH BIAS AND HATE DRIVEN CONTENT," she concluded emphatically, adding, "God gave you [brain] USE IT."

Despite the negative attention, Blanchard expressed gratitude towards her supporters. She stated firmly that she and Urker are committed to providing a loving and secure environment for their daughter Aurora and continue to appreciate the positive support they receive. "We continue to express love towards our supporters and thank you for following our journey ❤️," she shared.
