AceShowbiz - Jennifer Lopez remains in good spirits despite the end of her marriage to Ben Affleck. The actress/singer danced away the divorce drama during her latest outing with one of her children over the weekend.
On Saturday, August 31, the 55-year-old took her child Emme on a shopping trip to Westfield Century City mall in Los Angeles. The mother of two looked upbeat during the outing, busting a move while riding down an escalator with her entourage.
The "If You Had My Love" songstress was dressed casually in a loose tank top, a Dior denim skirt and metallic-gold TKEES sandals. She accessorized with oversized Gucci sunglasses, Jennifer Fisher hoop earrings and a Dior saddle bag.
She was spotted wearing a gold band on her left hand despite having filed for divorce from her estranged husband. She was also wearing the jewelry on Friday when she made her first public appearance since officially pulling the plug on her two-year marriage.
Jen's child Emme wore an unbuttoned shirt on top of a white T-shirt teamed with black pants. The 16-year-old was holding up a phone, seemingly showing something to or filming their mother, while wearing a pair of headphones. The teen was also seen enjoying a conversation with their friends during a stroll.
On the same day of the shopping trip, J.Lo shared a quote about being "unbothered" on social media. Taking to her Instagram page to post a photo dump, she included a picture of a shirt that read, "She's in bloom and unbothered out of reach and at peace."
Another quote read, "Everything is unfolding in divine order." The post also included a thirst trap that showed the "Shotgun Wedding" actress rocking a white bikini while taking her mirror selfie.
Jennifer filed for divorce from Ben on August 20, listing April 24 as the date of their separation. She cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split.
