AceShowbiz - 2 Chainz's young son Halo has put rapper Latto on the spot by questioning her about her rumored beef with fellow Atlanta femcee Ice Spice on the father-son duo's "Me & Halo" podcast. Halo bluntly asked, "Is it true you got beef with Ice Spice?," ' his father's amused disbelief.
Latto responded diplomatically, "Let me tell you something, Halo. I don't got a problem with nobody 'cause beef is a different thing, you feel me? That's a whole different type of conversation." She said of her situation with Ice Spice, "For real, it ain't like that."
2 Chainz joked that Halo was being "messy" and questioned the source of his information.
Halo may have been influenced by Latto's own previous comments on Ice Spice, where she said, "If I was to do [a battle], it would have to be with somebody I feel like I'ma go tit for tat with."
However, Ice Spice dismissed the alleged feud, suggesting that Latto is dragging it out and that it has become a joke. She said, "I feel like if we ever spoke and I asked her 'What's the issue?' It'd be like a blank stare. It'd really be no issue whatsoever. Especially from me."
Despite the potential for further engagement, Latto's diplomatic response to Halo's question suggests that she is not interested in escalating the situation or engaging in a full-blown rap beef.
