AceShowbiz - Da Brat is another female celebrity who has proven that age is just a number. After marrying hair product businesswoman Jesseca Dupart in February 2022, the hip-hop artist didn't waste any time to get pregnant. In February 2023, she announced that she was expecting her first child with her wife.
Da Brat's journey to motherhood wasn't an easy one, though. She had surgery to remove fibroids and polyps prior to an embryo transfer procedure and suffered a miscarriage before the said pregnancy. "It's been quite a journey," she shared to PEOPLE. "There's a lot of stuff we learned about women over the age of 40." Regardless the challenges, she welcomed a son on July 6, 2023.
