The pregnant Grammy Award-winning raptress reveals that she is still in so much pain nearly a week after she was hospitalized due to a pelvic injury that left her 'paralyzed.'

AceShowbiz - Cardi B has given an update on her condition following her hospitalization last week. The hip-hop star, who is currently pregnant with her third child, revealed that still can't stand up or wear heels nearly one week after the "freak accident" that almost resulted in miscarriage.

During an Instagram Live session on Sunday, August 11, the "WAP" hitmaker said of the rare moment, "I was doing so good, like, so good. Exercising, f**king outfits put together, I had so much energy. Now I be in pain like a motherf**ker. I can't f**ling wear heels, I can't f**king stand up, I can't do s**t."

"Everything was going great, now a h*e is injured," the 31-year-old continued. "S**t got me so f**king tight. And the thing about it is, I'm not even a clumsy b***h. I'm not a clumsy person, and I bust my a** bro."

Elsewhere during the livestream, Cardi spoke on sleepless nights and her unborn baby's relentless kicks when they're hungry, despite this being her "easiest pregnancy yet." She asked her viewers, "If anybody knows where I could get a pregnancy waist trainer, a pregnancy faja, let me know."

"I need it right now 'cause this a** is not dropping," the Bronx native further shared. "I swear to f**king God, this a** is not dropping. It's not really because of my stomach, of course, I just don't want my a** to drop."

Cardi revealed on X Spaces last week that she went to the hospital after the "freak accident" that left her "paralyzed." She said the pain was so unbearable that she needed substantial doses of morphine to manage it.

A few days later, on August 8, the soon-to-be mother of three detailed the accident. She said, "I was going down the stairs and I slipped a little. I practically fell, but I was trying to prevent myself from falling, so I was holding myself on the railing. My foot still slipped, and I kind of busted my ass."

Upon falling, the Grammy Award-winning artist said, "I felt a weird jerk, like a pop, and I couldn't get up really." She added, "I noticed that I couldn't really walk, like I was feeling pain in my, I don't know, in the lower of my stomach."

She decided to take a nap after the fall, but she continued, "When I woke up, I couldn't move my bottom at all. Like, just moving my feet was hurting the bottom of my stomach. I couldn't move. I felt like paralyzed."

The "Bodak Yellow" femcee said she started to panic, so she took an ambulance to the hospital where she "found out that I tore a ligament in my pelvis and it's right where my baby's head is at." She described her pain, "I dilated and I was having contractions for every two minutes for a whole 24 hours."

After a few days in the hospital, the estranged wife of Offset said the doctors "sent me home," and they "not only put me on bed rest, but I got to do therapy."
