AceShowbiz - Over the past month, Foolio's Instagram account has been plagued by cryptic and disturbing posts, prompting confusion and concern among fans. However, in a recent interview with SayCheeseTV, Foolio's mother, Sandrikas Mays, has shed light on the situation.
According to Mays, she has now taken full control of her son's account, which was previously compromised by an unknown individual. She confirmed that the suspicious posts were not made by her.
"Before, somebody had his password or whatever and I'm just able to retrieve it from his phone," said Mays. "Before, I wasn't running his account. But as of right now, you can see the different stuff on there now, me posting songs."
Mays stated that she has no information on who posted the previous disturbing messages. She also revealed that she is working on releasing a new album for Foolio, titled "Demigod," in August or early September.
Foolio was tragically murdered in June 2024 in Tampa, Florida. The investigation into his death remains ongoing, with five suspects identified and four arrested.
In the aftermath of Foolio's passing, his Instagram account posted bizarre messages claiming that he was still alive. One caption stated, "Just know I'm still here," while another declared, "I'm still here... Guess I might have to go IG LIVE SOON."
These posthumous messages have sparked questions about Foolio's mother's decision to keep his account active. Some believe it is inappropriate, given the disturbing content posted in the past. Others argue that it is a way to preserve his legacy and keep his connection with his fans alive.
