"The iconic rooftop scene, my husband actually wrote it," Lively exclusively shared with E! News at the premiere in New York City. "Nobody knows that, but you now."
The couple is known for their collaborative approach to each other's projects. "We help each other," Lively explained. "He works on everything I do. I work on everything he does. So his wins, his celebrations are mine and mine are his."
Lively and Reynolds, who have four children, have recently promoted their respective films. "It's so thrilling," Lively said of the experience.
