AceShowbiz - John Stamos, best known for his role as Uncle Jesse on "Full House", created a memorable father-son moment that will be cherished forever. The 60-year-old actor took to his Instagram over the weekend to share a heartwarming video of him and his son, Billy, joining him on stage. The duo performed together during The Beach Boys' concert at the Meadow Brook Amphitheatre in Michigan on Friday, July 5.
"Had a little help from my son BILLY on Good Vibrations last night - Wasn't it nice! @thebeachboys," Stamos wrote in his Instagram caption. The video showed Billy, equipped with protective lime green headphones, assisting his father while performing a drum solo for the band's 1966 hit, "Good Vibrations".
Stamos shares Billy with his wife, Caitlin McHugh Stamos, whom he married in 2018. Billy has become familiar with the stage, previously joining his dad in March 2023 for another Beach Boys show. Their recent collaboration was part of The Beach Boys' "Endless Summer Gold 2024 Tour", marking the 50th anniversary of their iconic album "Endless Summer", released on June 24, 1974.
The performance was not only a musical showcase but also an emotional milestone for Stamos. The actor paid tribute to his late father, who passed away 23 years ago. "I lost my dad 23 years ago today. This song is called Forever - and that's how long love should last," Stamos said on stage. He expressed how music's universality brings people together, touching the audience with his heartfelt words.
