Taking to social media to address the incident that occurred at his Encino property while his brother Keenen was present, the 'Scary Movie' star claims he doesn't have anything valuable in his house.

AceShowbiz - Marlon Wayans has broken his silence on burglary that targeted his house. After his home in Los Angeles was broken into while his older brother Keenen Ivory Wayans was present, the actor has taken to social media to send a message to the robbers.
The 51-year-old addressed the matter in a video he posted on Instagram on Thursday, July 4. "First and foremost, I want to thank you to all people who checked on me to see everything is okay after I was burglarized," he began saying in the clip.
Mocking the robbers for picking the "wrong" target, he continued, "I want you to know that they didn't really get much. Cuz I don't own s**t. The most valuable thing in my house is my house. So unless you put that s**t on a truck and drag it away... "
"I don't own s**t. I don't wear jewelry," Marlon said. Showing a gold ring on his middle finger, he declared, "This is fake... That's all. I don't own s**t. I'm not flashy y'all. No jewelry, no necklaces. I don't have cash, I use credit cards. I'm the wrong n***a to rob. Go down the block, there's lots of flashy n***as over there."
In the caption, he reiterated his statement as writing, "God is so Good. Everyone is fine. I'm grateful. Dear ROBBERS and OTHERS, I am the WRONG N***** to ROB. Save your energy. I don't have anything valuable in my house except MY HOUSE. Sorry, i live a simple life with 2 cats and one of them is a 1994 Range Rover, you will need a jumpstart if you steal it cuz the battery is dead."
"Robbers don't waste your energy or your life doing home invasions, s**t is too heavy!!!" the "Scary Movie" star warned them. "You want to carry all that bulls**t? Throw your back out, and for what?! I repeat I don't own s**t valuable. I don't have a bunch of cash or jewelry. Please pick a better [target] thank you and love you… still."
According to law enforcement, the break-in happened around 2:30 A.M. last Saturday at Marlon's $5.3 million Encino property. The intruders managed to infiltrate the house by sneaking into the backyard and breaking a rear window. Keenen, who was asleep during the break-in, heard noises but didn't think much of them and went back to sleep.
It wasn't until one of Marlon's staff members returned around 8:00 A.M. and found the house in disarray that the burglary was discovered. Despite Marlon's claims, the thieves reportedly made off with a safe containing several thousand dollars in cash. No arrests have been made so far.
