According to a source who spoke exclusively with Page Six, Braun, 43, and actress Rachelle Goulding have been "exclusively dating for about three months now," and their relationship seems to be progressing swiftly.
The couple has been relishing quality time together over the past few months. They were spotted enjoying a romantic getaway in California's picturesque Napa Valley and even attended the Stagecoach music festival as a duo in April.
"It's very serious, and he's excited about it," the insider revealed, though further details on how they met remain undisclosed. Representatives for both Braun and Goulding did not immediately respond to Page Six's requests for comment.
This blossoming romance emerges nearly two years after Braun finalized his divorce from his ex-wife Yael Cohen, with whom he shares three young children: sons Jagger and Levi, and daughter Hart.
On the other hand, Goulding, aged 38, had her last public relationship with "Gossip Girl" star Chace Crawford, parting ways amicably in 2014 after a year of dating. In the years following, she has built a notable acting career with credits in shows like "Firefly Lane," "Reginald the Vampire," "NCIS: Hawaii," "Lucifer," and "General Hospital."
As Goulding thrives in her acting endeavors, Braun has chosen to step back from the constant hustle of music management to focus on a new chapter in his life. In June, he announced via social media his decision to retire from managing artists, stating, "After 23 years this chapter as a music manager has come to an end."
Reflecting on his career and the decision, Braun elaborated, "It's a strange feeling because I think I have wanted this for a while, but I was truly afraid to answer the question 'who would I be without them?' And for 20 years I love it. It's all I had known."
The shift is attributed in part to his dedication to fatherhood. "I came to the realization that my kids were 3 superstars I wasn't willing to lose," he wrote. "The sacrifices I was once willing to make I could no longer justify. It was time to step into a new role."
Beyond his role as CEO of Hybe America, Braun is also investing in entrepreneurs and serving on the national board of Make-a-Wish. Sharing his gratitude, he commented on his partnership with Chairman Bang Si-Hyuk, stating, "My brilliant partner these past 3 years, Chairman Bang, has a vision I truly believe in. But even beyond that he has become a true friend who understands where I must be in my life these days. And that is a father first, a CEO second, and a manager no more."
