The former 'Too Hot to Handle' star opens up about her struggles while she is currently carrying twin babies, her first children with husband-to-be Jesse Sullivan.

AceShowbiz - Reality TV star Francesca Farago's pregnancy journey is anything but ordinary. From IVF treatments and multiple OB-GYN consultations to the unexpected help of a Snapchat message, the "Too Hot to Handle" alum's experience underscores the surprising ways social media can play a pivotal role in healthcare.

Fifteen weeks into her pregnancy with twins conceived via in vitro fertilization (IVF), Francesca has been navigating a complex web of emotions and medical advice. Her support system includes her fiance Jesse Sullivan, his teenaged child Arlo, and a rigorous team of fertility specialists and doctors. However, an intriguing twist in her journey came courtesy of an astute Snapchat follower.

"Someone messaged me and said, 'Hey, I lost my twins at 21 weeks. You should go get your cervix checked,' " Francesca shared in an exclusive interview with E! News. Initially overwhelmed by anxiety and stress, she heeded the advice and soon discovered she had a short cervix, a condition that could jeopardize her pregnancy.

"There's something wrong with my uterus and my cervix, and I would not have learned that if it wasn't for Snapchat," she admitted. To mitigate the risk of premature birth, the 31-year-old fashion influencer plans to undergo a cervical cerclage, a procedure involving temporary stitches to keep the cervix closed during pregnancy.

Though the realization opened up new avenues of anxiety and multiple doctor's appointments, Francesca remains optimistic that early detection could potentially save her twins. "I hear every day, honestly, horror stories from other mothers of things that went wrong and it does put a lot of fear in me," she confessed.

Far from feeling safe after the perilous first trimester, she stated, "I'm not out of the danger zone until the babies are in my arms, and even then I have to keep them alive. So for the rest of your life, you're worried forever."

Amidst the emotional rollercoaster, Francesca finds solace in the delightful anticipation of motherhood. "Buying baby clothes is how I wake up in the morning," she said. "Literally, Jesse rolls over, and I have my phone out, and I'm like, 'But look at this teddy bear onesie, look at this little knit jumper.' I am obsessed with baby clothes."

As the couple looks forward to welcoming their "Peaches and Garfinkle" - their temporary pet names for the babies - Francesca has also shared their excitement publicly. She and Jesse celebrated their announcement on Instagram, revealing they are elated to expand their family together.

Though the journey has been fraught with challenges, Francesca's story is a testament to how a community - both online and offline - can provide unexpected support and potentially life-saving advice.
