The actress has been revealed to be competing on FOX's 'Special Forces: World's Toughest Test' after fans expressed concern over cryptic posts from her husband.

AceShowbiz - Trista Sutter is making her TV return. Her TV gig came after her husband Ryan Sutter shared a series of confusing messages on Instagram last month.
In the posts, he expressed that he was "missing" Trista Sutter and that she was "at a place in life where she is searching a bit." This led to speculation that Trista may be experiencing a crisis.

However, TMZ has now reported that Trista has been competing on the third season of Fox's reality series "Special Forces: World's Toughest Test" which is set to air in the fall. The outlet also claims that Ali Manno, who appeared in season six of "The Bachelorette", will also participate in the show.

According to TMZ, Trista has been training hard for the show, which will feature 16 household names attempting to complete a course based on a highly-classified special forces training program.

Ryan has since clarified that Trista's absence was due to her participation in the show, which he knew about and supported. He expressed his disappointment that his cryptic posts had been misconstrued, but also defended his right to express his emotions.

Trista has also broken her silence about her absence, stating that she is "safe and sound, happy and healthy, in love and grateful." The reality star defended Ryan's decision to share his thoughts during her time away, saying that "he doesn't owe anyone any explanation" and that he "chose to share how that felt."

Trista and Ryan are parents to two children, Maxwell and Blakesley. They met on the first season of "The Bachelorette" in 2002 and have been married for 20 years. Despite the success of their relationship, Bachelor Nation has a low track record for couples remaining together. Out of 20 seasons of "The Bachelorette," only four couples are still together, including Trista and Ryan. Out of 28 seasons of "The Bachelor", four couples remain together, including Sean and Catherine Lowe from season 17. Surprisingly, "Bachelor in Paradise" has the highest success rate, with 10 couples still together after nine seasons.
