AceShowbiz - Trista Sutter will definitely open up about her recent brief break from her family, but not now. "The Bachelorette" star promised fans that she will share her story "soon."
"I will share it as soon as I possibly can but, yeah, life is crazy right now," the 51-year-old said during the Wednesday, June 5, episode of the "Almost Famous" podcast. "It's summertime right now with two teenagers who need to get jobs and get ready for their junior and sophomore years."
In May, Trista's husband, Ryan Sutter, sparked a buzz with a suggestive Mother's Day post, disclosing that she was away from him and their children. Further fueling the chatter, he posted on May 18, "Trista is fine. We are fine. We're great," adding that she is "searching a bit" and took an opportunity for personal growth, which explains her absence.
Trista, for her part, lightheartedly addressed the speculation upon her return to social media. "Geez people. Can't a girl have a nervous breakdown/trial separation/midlife crisis/death/divorce in peace around here?! " she joked.
Clarifying her situation, she wrote, "In all seriousness, for those concerned, I'm safe and sound, happy and healthy, in love and grateful." She praised Ryan's public expressions of love, which helped her through a period of self-doubt.
Ryan and Trista, however, reunited later that month. On May 26, the 49-year-old posted a black-and-white photo featuring himself, his wife, and their two children, Maxwell, 16, and Blakesley, 14, all beaming as they enjoyed a day at the beach.
In the photo, the family was all geared up for some aquatic fun, with Ryan and his daughter sporting snorkels and Trista and Maxwell grinning in the background. The scenic ocean provided a serene backdrop, enhancing the photo's warm, familial vibe.
