A man named Justen Lipeles is suing her and promoter Live Nation for six crimes including breach of written contract, negligent misrepresentation, emotional distress and false advertising.

AceShowbiz - Madonna has been dragged to court once again by one of her fans. This time, the Queen of Pop is being sued for allegedly exposing her "Celebration" tour concertgoers to "pornography without warning."

Filing the lawsuit was a man named Justen Lipeles, who attended the singer's show in Inglewood, California, back in March. Claiming that the concert was too sexual, he said the crowd was "forced to watch topless women on stage simulating sex acts.

"Forcing consumers to wait hours in hot, uncomfortable arenas and subjecting them to pornography without warning is demonstrative of Madonna's flippant disrespect for her fans," Justen added, per the complaint obtained by the Blast.

The plaintiff also noted that it was not just the overly-sexualized show that led to him taking legal action. He also accused Madonna of shutting off the air conditioning inside the stadium, which reportedly caused him and other fans to start profusely sweating. He allegedly also fell ill at one point.

Justen also slammed Madonna for starting the show late. He claimed the gig was supposed to start at 8:30 P.M. local time, but did not begin until 10 P.M.

Justen also revealed that the "Material Girl" songstress lip-synced her show once she did hit the stage. Thus, he is suing her and promoter Live Nation for six crimes including breach of written contract, negligent misrepresentation, emotional distress and false advertising.

Back in January, men named Michael Fellows and Jonathan Hadden filed a lawsuit against Madonna for starting her Brooklyn show late. The musician fired back by asking a federal judge to dismiss the lawsuit in April.

Madonna's lawyers said there was nothing unreasonable about the timing of the concerts and that fans got exactly what they paid for. "Nowhere did Defendants advertise that Madonna would take the stage at 8.30 p.m., and no reasonable concertgoers and certainly no Madonna fan - would expect the headline act at a major arena concert to take the stage at the ticketed event time," they stated.
