The longtime 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star reveals that her husband of 28 years has moved into a separate residence in West Hollywood nearly a year after announcing their separation.

AceShowbiz - Kyle Richards and her husband Mauricio Umansky have officially separated and are no longer living under the same roof. "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star, 55, confirmed the news during an episode of the "B***h Bible" podcast, revealing that Umansky, 53, moved out of their Los Angeles home several months ago.
"That was weird," Richards said of Umansky's move to West Hollywood. "I always knew when that day came it would feel strange, very real all of a sudden. And that's exactly what happened."
Richards, who is a mother of four, admitted to struggling with the absence of her husband. "I'm used to having a lot of chaos and stuff going on in my house," she said. "The day that he moved out was just strange because I came home and I'm like, 'Everything's so quiet. Where is everybody?'"
According to Richards, Umansky's move was strategic and respectful, as he chose to do it while she was out of town. "He did this while I was out of town, which is the smart thing to do," she explained. "I didn't want to be there to see that."
Despite their separation, Richards emphasized that they remain on good terms and can still come together for family events, such as their recent appearance at the Stagecoach country music festival. "I am very proud of the fact that we get along and we can still do things like that as a family because we are a family no matter what," she said.
Richards and Umansky have three daughters together: Alexia Simone, 27, Sophia Kylie, 24, and Portia, 16. Richards also has Farrah Brittany Aldjufrie, 35, from a previous relationship.
