In the Tuesday, April 16 post, Kim shared snaps taken by the 10-year-old during their vacay in Turks and Caicos. The pictures saw "The Kardashians" star striking a few sexy poses while rocking a gold minidress. Some of the photos were blurry, which could be the aesthetic that North was going for.
For the photo shoot, Kim had her locks slicked back in a bun. The "American Horror Story: Delicate" actress, who shares North as well as Psalm, Chicago and Saint West with ex-husband Kanye West, opted for minimal makeup for the occasion.
The new post came after Kim landed in hot water over her parenting choice. The KKW Beauty founder faced backlash after posting on her Instagram account a picture of North covered in Swarovski jewels. The controversial snap featured the preteen wearing an oversized Chicago Bulls T-shirt while sporting chunky crystal bracelets on her wrists.
North could also be seen showing off her diamonds with a thick crystal necklace and a crystallized chain flowing down her neck. She additionally wore triangular earrings as well as extravagant rings on her fingers. Kim captioned the photo, "Stylist of the year."
While Kim appeared to be proud of North's look, some Internet users slammed the reality TV star and businesswoman for "exposing" North to "tasteless wealth and super gaudy jewels." One critic said, "Obviously, we aren't famous celebs so there will be differences, but it does make me sad. It seems no one even attempts to let North be little for a while."
Another added, "I wish she could just be a 10-year-old." One other wrote, "Kim really needs to stop exposing her. She's going to have a reputation before she's even a teen. I already see so many things on her about her being a brat."
