AceShowbiz - Jaime King doesn't want to fork out more cash for Kyle Newman. If a new report is to be believed, the "White Chicks" actress has filed an emergency request to end her child and spousal support payments to her ex-husband.

The 44-year-old filed the legal docs in Los Angeles Superior Court on Thursday, April 11. According to the petition obtained by Us Weekly, she claimed she "lacks the ability to pay the support."

Jaime also cited numerous examples of Kyle's success as a filmmaker, game designer and more. She additionally included social media posts from his May 2023 wedding to musician Cyn (born Cynthia Nabozny), in which the singer was visibly pregnant with their second baby, daughter Beatrix, whom they welcomed in August last year.

Jaime filed for divorce from Kyle in May 2020 after almost 13 years of marriage. At the time, she also filed a temporary restraining order against him, which expired the following month.

In October 2022, Kyle claimed he was broke because Jaime hadn't paid him any money. The "Hart of Dixie" alum reportedly hadn't handed anything over despite her being ordered by a court in April to pay him $1,000 a month in spousal support and $429 a month in child support for their sons James and Leo.

Kyle claimed he put his career as a writer and filmmaker on hold to be a stay-at-home dad and has now found himself deep in debt and having to take money from his retirement fund in order to stay afloat, according to documents obtained by TMZ.

The 46-year-old filmmaker also accused Jaime of refusing to comply with a court order to disclose information about her income and alleged "The Mistletoe Promise" star has decimated community property retirement accounts, taking over $500,000.

The exes finally settled their divorce in September 2023.
