AceShowbiz - Khloe Kardashian's social media account got flooded with messages following the death of O.J. Simpson, whom some people believed to be Khloe's biological father. The reality TV star, however, remained unbothered as she appeared to ignore the trolling condolence messages.
On Thursday, April 11, "The Kardashians" star made use of her Instagram account to share a video of her during a workout session. The clip saw the mom of two flaunting her incredibly fit figure in a black tank top and high-waisted leggings from Fabletics.
The daughter of Kris Jenner had her mid-length blonde hair parted in the middle and left down during her workout. At one point, the Good Americans founder also gave her Instagram followers a better look onto her perky bottom while keeping her face covered behind her phone.
The post came after people started mentioning Khloe in the wake of family friend O.J.'s death, prompting her name to trend on X. "Has anyone checked on Khloe Kardashian? She must be devastated about her dad," one user wrote on the platform, formerly known as Twitter. Another, meanwhile, said, "praying for you @khloekardashian losing not 1 father but 2 has to be devastating."
"My condolences to Khloe Kardashian! Praying for you during the difficult time," one noted. Someone else, on the other hand, joked, "I know Khloe Kardashian is waking up hella confused at people sending her their condolences."
Speculations that O.J. was the father of Khloe ran rampant online despite the actor's denial. Back in 2019, the former soccer player vehemently denied the rumors by writing on X, "I want to stress never - in any way shape or form had I ever had any interest in Kris, romantically, sexually, and I never got any indication that she had any interest in me. So all of these stories are just bogus. Bad, you know, tasteless."
While Khloe has yet to address O.J.'s death, her step-parent Caitlyn Jenner left a scathing message about the late star, who died on April 10 from cancer at the age of 76. "Good Riddance #OJSimpson," so Caitlyn wrote on X.
O.J.'s passing was confirmed by his family in a statement which read, "On April 10th, our father, Orenthal James Simpson, succumbed to his battle with cancer. He was surrounded by his children and grandchildren. During this time of transition, his family asks that you please respect their wishes for privacy and grace."
