The Tesla mogul confesses to parading as his toddler son on the internet using a fake social media account after he was sued by a Jewish man for alleged defamation.

AceShowbiz - Elon Musk has admitted to creating a fake X account to role-play as his three-year-old son, X Æ A-12. The admission came to light during a deposition related to a defamation lawsuit filed against Musk by Ben Brody, a 22-year-old Jewish man.

In October 2023, Brody sued Musk for falsely suggesting that he was involved in a neo-Nazi brawl in Oregon in June 2023. Brody was not even in Oregon at the time of the incident.

Musk's deposition, taken on March 27, 2024, revealed that he created the @ErmnMusk account as a "test account" shortly after taking over Twitter in October 2022. However, he claimed that he only used the account for testing purposes.

Despite Musk's claims, multiple tweets from the @ErmnMusk account showed him interacting with high-profile individuals and role-playing as his son.

For instance, in November 2022, he tweeted as X Æ A-12, "I will finally turn 3 on May 4th!" Musk's son was born on May 4, 2020. Musk also wrote to Airbnb CEO Brian Chesky on November 13, 2022, "I wish I was old enough to go to nightclubs. They sound so fun."

Musk's attorney alleged that he deleted the account in February 2024 upon receiving the court's discovery order. However, the posts remain viewable on internet archive websites.

Brody's attorney claims that Musk used the account to amplify a conspiracy theory linking Brody to the neo-Nazi brawl. Brody is seeking $1 million in damages from Musk. The next hearing in the case is scheduled for April 22.
