The 'Beverly Hills, 90210' stars rally around their former co-star who recently filed for divorce from her estranged husband following their bitter separation.

AceShowbiz - Actress Jennie Garth has expressed unwavering support for her former "Beverly Hills, 90210" co-star Tori Spelling following her decision to file for divorce from Dean McDermott.

"I've always stood beside her, behind her, supported her, and I will always continue to do that," Garth told People on Friday, March 29.

Garth's comments come after Spelling filed for divorce on Friday, citing irreconcilable differences. The couple had been married for nearly 20 years and have five children together.

Their separation date was listed as June 17, 2023, the same date McDermott announced their breakup on Instagram. In a now-deleted post, McDermott wrote that they had "decided to go our separate ways."

In her divorce filing, Spelling requested sole physical custody and joint legal custody of their children. She also asked the court to award her spousal support and to terminate McDermott's ability to receive spousal support.

Garth and Spelling bonded on the set of "Beverly Hills, 90210" at a young age. Garth described their friendship as "unbreakable" and said, "That kind of bond doesn't ever go away."

Ian Ziering, another former "Beverly Hills, 90210" cast member, also showed support for Spelling at a recent event. He said, "We support each other through life's ups and downs after the show, we still care about each other."

Garth and Spelling's friendship has been compared to a sisterhood. In a previous interview, Garth said, "We look out for each other, and we love each other."

McDermott's representative has not yet commented on the divorce filing.
