AceShowbiz - Candace Owens is giving her two cents on Sean "P. Diddy" Combs' legal problem. After the rapper's homes were raided by the feds, the conservative political commentator shared her wild conspiracy theory about the situation.
The television presenter took to X, formerly known as Twitter, on Monday, March 25 to claim that the hip-hop mogul is going to take the blame for a sex trafficking ring, which is supposedly run by higher-ups. Moreover, she suggested that the feds raiding Diddy's houses were not looking for evidence, but covering up the "people at the top of the ring."
"The Feds are currently raiding Diddy's house. They already knew what he was up to but he is going to be the fall guy so that they can protect the people at the top of the ring," so Candace tweeted. She added, "They are raiding his home to hide evidence not to find it. That's how this works."
Surprisingly, many seemed to agree with Candace that there's a bigger secret within the case involving Diddy. "Only reason they are raiding it now is to protect their elitist buddies who are involved," one person weighed in on her post. Another claimed, "I think they're raiding to cover it up, much like Epstein," while a third alleged, "Our government is just dirty."
Investigators with the Department of Homeland Security executed search warrants at properties belonging to Diddy in the Holmby Hills neighborhood of West Los Angeles and in Miami on Monday afternoon. Several pictures showed individuals, possibly the hip-hop mogul's sons, being handcuffed and questioned outside the Beverly Hills residence during the raid.
Homeland Security Investigations on Monday said in a statement, "Earlier today, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) New York executed law enforcement actions as part of an ongoing investigation, with assistance from HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami, and our local law enforcement partners. We will provide further information as it becomes available."
Just two hours after the raids, Diddy was spotted at a Miami airport. He was seen in a video pacing around the Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport. According to eyewitnesses, Diddy and some other people got stopped by the feds at the airport. He, however, didn't seem to be in custody and was just walking around all by himself outside a Customs office at the airport.
One of the eyewitnesses said the "I Need a Girl" hitmaker was waiting on other people in his party who were stopped and questioned by the feds as well during the ordeal. It, however, is unknown who were with Diddy at the airport. Diddy reportedly appeared to be aboard a separate private jet from his crew and that's when the Homeland Security rolled up. It's also unknown where the plane was headed for.
