AceShowbiz - Kyle Richards is trying to steer clear of the drama surrounding her husband, Mauricio Umansky, and his niece, Paris Hilton. During an Amazon Live appearance, Richards, 55, revealed she has not spoken to Hilton, 43, about her recent social media comments criticizing Umansky's show, "Buying Beverly Hills."
In a preview for the show's second season, Umansky discussed his estrangement from Hilton's father, Rick Hilton, and his departure from Rick's real estate company, Hilton & Hyland. This led to friction within the family, including Kyle being cut off by her sister's family.
The hotel heiress, Hilton, expressed her displeasure on Instagram, calling Umansky's actions "sick" and accusing him of using the Hilton name to promote his show.
Richards, exhausted by the constant headlines and scrutiny, is questioning her future on "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills." She also shared that she is still in touch with some of her fellow cast members.
Meanwhile, Paris Hilton has come to her father's defense, stating that he would never speak negatively about his family in public. She added that the family is tired of Umansky using the Hilton name for his own gain.
Umansky has since addressed Hilton's comments, saying, "It's sad that she got so upset about that, but at the end of the day, it's two businessmen making two business decisions."
Despite the drama, Kyle Richards remains supportive of her four daughters with Umansky, even after their separation in 2023. She has also welcomed a new Bernese Mountain Dog into her family.
