AceShowbiz - Tallulah Willis opens up about how rough the recovery process from an eating disorder is. The daughter of Demi Moore and Bruce Willis got real about her experience in a candid Instagram post on Wednesday, February 21.

Beginning her post, she wrote, "ED recovery babies," adding that she was "sending love to you all." The 30-year-old, who also shared a series of photos from her childhood, went on saying, "I'm having an intens moment of romanticizing unhealthy times and how it felt to move through the day in that size body. Just wanted to voice it because I know (hope) I'm not alone."

"This little raggymuffin is so special and it's strange to know that and want to give her abundance and vitality - LIFE! whilst at the EXACT same moment feeling pulled by an old desire, deep down from the pit spot in your belly, to compare to the 'better' version of me," she added, before concluding, "AND it's ok to be in the middle of the messy and not totally have it all sorted yet."

Tallulah's sister Rumer Willis showed love in the comments section, writing, "You are magic, your truth is so vital and I'm so lucky to be your sister." Supermodel Helena Christensen also wrote a supportive comment which read, "You're so wise and beautiful inside out."

Fans also showered Tallulah with love as one said, "i'm so proud of you T and the way you use your platform. we need more people like you. miss you so much." Someone even encouraged the star to "write a book," adding, "You have everything it takes to do it. I can only imagine how many people would find some level of help by reading a memoir."

"We are in the midst of this horrible disease now with my 16 year old baby. Thank you for being so honest. It helps to know that others have gone through this and are now thriving- although it never really leaves you. Sending love," another said.
