A few days ahead of the 66th annual event, it is revealed that the 'Break My Soul' hitmaker will not take the stage in honor of the late icon at the award ceremony.

AceShowbiz - Beyonce Knowles reportedly will not be taking the stage at the 2024 Grammy Awards. A few days ahead of the award show, it was revealed that the "Break My Soul" hitmaker is not one of the performers at the 66th annual event despite a previous rumor stating otherwise.

On Friday, February 2, The Hollywood Reporter set the record straight. The media outlet unveiled that a representative for the 42-year-old superstar confirmed that she will not be performing at the forthcoming event.

The revelation came after it was said that Queen Bey would take the stage at the upcoming Grammy Awards in honor of late icon Tina Turner. In January, the Australian "Today" show made the claim via X, formerly known as Twitter.

In a tweet, it announced, "Beyonce is tapped to honor the late Queen of Rock 'n' Roll Tina Turner at this year's Grammys," adding guitar and microphone emojis. It added, "Tina passed away in May 2023. #9Today."

Many social media users appeared to have believed the information since the tweet was reposted by nearly 500 users and saved by more than 100 users. Furthermore, it received likes from as many as 1,400 users.

Aside from the "Halo" hitmaker, it was previously said that Taylor Swift would offer the guests at the 2024 Grammys Awards some performances. In January, an informant told Entertainment Tonight that Taylor is not taking the stage at the award show. However, the informant assured that the "Anti-Hero" songstress will attend the event.

While Beyonce and Taylor may not be performing at this year's Grammys, other famous stars are tapped to entertain attendees with their performances. Among them were Billie Eilish, Dua Lipa, Olivia Rodrigo, Luke Combs, Travis Scott (II), Burna Boy, Billy Joel, Joni Mitchell and SZA. Recently, it was confirmed that Annie Lennox, Fantasia Barrino, Stevie Wonder and Jon Batiste have joined the performer line-up.
