When sharing her story on her 'Barely Famous' podcast, the reality star claims she 'probably cried more' with seeing her and her boyfriend Elijah Scott's twins in the NICU than when she underwent her C-section.

AceShowbiz - Kailyn Lowry has finally given fans the first look at her newborn twins. The "Teen Mom 2" alum shared a picture of her babies when promoting a new episode of her "Barely Famous" podcast, in which she revealed that the infants had to stay in the NICU due to premature birth.
"Elijah & I talk about the twins NICU journey on today's episode. Months later I still cry talking about it," the 31-year-old reality star captioned the Friday, January 26 post. "Listen for free on Spotify, Apple podcasts, Amazon music or any other podcast platform."
When sharing her story on her podcast, Kailyn claimed she "probably cried more" with seeing her and her boyfriend Elijah Scott's twins in the NICU than when she underwent her C-section. "We learned so much about the families that are there," she shared in the Friday episode, "And some of them are there for months and months."
At the time, the TV personality was especially concerned for her daughter, who she nicknamed "Baby B", because the infant "would just sleep through feedings." She added, "I had never seen a baby in my life not wake up to eat or show signs of hunger... She never had any feeding cues and when I tried to feed her, she wouldn't take a bottle."
Kailyn confirmed the arrival of her two little ones in the January 19 episode of her podcast, saying, "I'm in my girl mom era... We had the twins." While she didn't disclose the exact date of the babies' arrival, the mom of seven claimed her son made his debut first followed by her daughter and that they're 6 weeks old.
Kailyn also admitted on the podcast that she "cried a lot-mainly just out of absolute fear of having a C-section." she said, adding that one of the babies was breech. "I had never had a C-section before."
