AceShowbiz - Joseline Hernandez has escaped jail time in a case involving Big Lex. It was unveiled that the "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" alum has been sentenced to two years of probation months after she got into a big fight with her "Joseline's Cabaret" co-star.

The reality star's sentencing was the outcome of her plea deal. She reportedly pleaded no contest to charges of resisting an officer with violence and battery on a law enforcement officer.

The brawl took place backstage during Floyd Mayweather, Jr.'s exhibition fight against John Gotti III at the FLA Live Arena in Sunrise, Florida, in June 2023. A video that circulated online saw Joseline attacking Big Lex as she put the latter in a headlock.

Joseline also kicked Big Lex's head multiple times when she was down on the floor. At one point, Joseline managed to tear Big Lex's top and she ended up leaving the scene topless.

Joseline got arrested after Big Lex called 911. According to Broward County Sheriff's Office records, the VH1 star was hit with four separate charges, including touch or strike/battery/domestic violence, touch or strike/battery, trespassing unoccupied structure or conveyance, and resisting arrest.
