AceShowbiz - Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have proven that they can put their differences away for the shake of their children. "The Kardashians" star and the "Donda" artist were caught engaging in a conversation when attending their son Saint's basketball game.
The 43-year-old reality TV star and her ex-husband were joined by their daughter Chicago at the Friday, January 19 outing. In pictures surfacing online, the SKIMS founder could be seen standing between her former spouse and their 6-year-old, while the emcee's back faced the camera.
Other snaps saw Kim texting while stiffly standing by Kanye. For the outfit, Kim wore a black baseball cap with a white tank top. Kanye, for his part, also kept it casual in a black T-shirt.
Kim and Kanye aren't always cordial in their co-parenting relationship. Back in December 2023, the TV personality raised people's eyebrows for seemingly avoiding mentioning Kanye's name in a since-deleted Instagram video.
In the clip, Kim treated her 364 million followers on the platform to a look at gingerbread houses that her four children, North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm, had decorated for the festive season. Each house had different designs and customized cookie names of loved ones on the roof.
One of the gingerbread houses, however, stood out among the others. "This is an all-gray manor for my kids' dad," Kim said, referring to the "Vultures" rapper. She then quickly clarified, "They wanted to order this one. To get this one for him."
Fans have since reacted to the footage, with one pointing out, "Not her saying 'my kids dad.' " Another implied that Kim wanted everyone to know that the house for Ye wasn't her idea, saying, "Heavy emphasis on 'they' wanted to order it for him."
