Rapper DDG is asked by fans if he sees himself having another baby with the 'Little Mermaid' actress, only a few days after announcing the arrival of their baby boy.

AceShowbiz - Halle Bailey's boyfriend has quipped he'll have to wait "six weeks" to have a second baby with the actress. "The Little Mermaid" star, 23, confirmed on January 6 she and her rapper partner DDG, 26, had become parents after she secretly welcomed their baby boy Halo following months of speculation from fans she may be expecting.
"No, I believe you gotta wait six weeks for that. That's what I was told," DDG - born Darryl Dwayne Granberry Jr. - has now said about the possibility of having a second child with Halle.
He made the comment when a fan asked him on Snapchat if a second child was already "in the making" for him and Halle. The "I'm Geekin" performer then added he thinks it's "too early" to add another baby to their family.
He said, "I don't want to split attention too quick. Like, I wanna at least just wait a little bit - let him get the full-blown attention right now. Our whole world is (Halo) right now, so I don't wanna take that away from him … I want him to experience that for a few years."
DDG then ended his video by saying Halo may be an only child, adding that it's up to the "Lord Jesus Christ" if he and Halle have any more kids. DDG posted a sonogram image on April Fools Day last year but no one believed he was actually becoming a dad. Halle then spent months going to great lengths to cover up the fact she was expecting.
Rumours of Halle's pregnancy began when she made a brief appearance in one of her boyfriend's livestreams in August. In September, fans accused her of trying to hide a bump by wearing a flowy dress to the 2023 MTV Video Music Awards.
One guest at the event also told Page Six Halle seemed to be extra careful about being photographed and how she interacted with others at the do. They said, "Halle stayed away from the pink carpet so she would not be photographed, and when she was inside."
Halle and DDG also fuelled pregnancy rumours in October when they were spotted doing chores in Santa Monica together, with the actress wearing tracksuit bottoms and a massively oversized hoodie. She also sported a large Nicole and Felicia dress to the Glamour Women of the Year Awards in London, sparking talk she was hiding a baby bump.
Halle and DDG have been dating since at least January 2022, with the actress gushing to Cosmopolitan magazine the performer is her "first deep, deep, real love."
