AceShowbiz - Gary Busey has to answer when nature calls. The actor has been caught on camera urinating in public during one of his recent outings, flashing his private part in the process, but he didn't seem to care.

In photos circulating online, the 79-year-old was out and about in Malibu on Thursday, January 11 when he apparently felt the need to relieve himself. He seemingly could not wait to find a nearby restroom as he quickly did the business in an outdoor area.

The Academy Award nominee for his performance as Buddy Holly in "The Buddy Holly Story" (1978) was seen pulling down his sweatpants and urinating on a bush along a wall near a newsstand. He wasn't even trying to keep it low-key, letting it hang out in public.

When he noticed paparazzi captured the moment, the "Lethal Weapon" star didn't seem to be ashamed. He flashed a smile to the camera before walking away feeling much relieved after doing his business.

It's unclear where exactly Gary was at. During the outing, he rocked a blue polo shirt, dark gray sweatpants and colorful jacket with a plaid scarf wrapped around his neck. He also wore a white cap which partly covered his gray hair.

This isn't the first time Gary was caught with his antics. Back in August 22, he was seen pulling down his pants until they reached his ankles while sitting on a bench in a California park. His hands were buried in his crotch as he was also smoking a cigar.

Explaining the inexplicable sight, a spokesperson for the eccentric actor tried to reason, "Gary often sits on the bench in front of his home to meditate and look at the ocean." The rep continued telling Page Six, "Our only guess is that perhaps at his age, he realized he couldn't get to the bathroom in time which explains what happened in the video of him on the bench."
