A few days after being charged with sex crimes, the 'Point Break' actor was seen sitting on a bench at Point Dume Park in Malibu with his black sweatpants by his knees.

AceShowbiz - Gary Busey's representative has addressed the actor's pants-down photo. The bizarre picture of him pulling down his pants in public came after the "Point Break" star was hit with sex crime charges.
Speaking to Page Six on Tuesday, August 23, a spokesperson for the 78-year-old actor said, "Gary often sits on the bench in front of his home to meditate and look at the ocean." The rep added, "Our only guess is that perhaps at his age, he realized he couldn't get to the bathroom in time which explains what happened in the video of him on the bench."
Gary's rep further stressed that the bench where the incident occurred is located on privately owned property. However, in footage circulated on social media, the actor could be seen sitting on a bench in public view at Point Dume Park in Malibu on Sunday, August 21 with his black sweatpants by his knees as he looked around with a smile on his face.
Gary appeared to cross his hands over his legs before he untied his pants so that he could pull them back up properly. It remains unclear if he dropped them because he needed to relieve himself.
That was not the first time Gary bizarrely pulled his pants in public. He reportedly did the same multiple times while participating in the U.K. version of "Celebrity Big Brother" in 2014.
Gary was charged with sex crime on Friday, August 19, following an alleged interaction with two women at the "Monster-Mania" convention in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. He's now facing two counts of criminal sexual contact, one count of criminal attempt/criminal sexual contact and one count of harassment.
Reacting to the legal issue, Gary insisted that he didn't sexually assault anyone, claiming that "nothing happened" at the convention. "It was all false," he stressed when asked if the allegations were true. "I don't care because there are no accusations."
The "Under Siege" actor then added that the interaction with the "two girls took less than 10 seconds" before "they left." He further noted, "Then they made their story," before alleging that "his partner and the camerawoman" were his witnesses. He later reiterated that "nothing happened."
