AceShowbiz - Travis Kelce's managers have addressed a wild conspiracy theory that started circulating after his relationship with Taylor Swift became public. Speaking out in a new interview, Andre and Aaron Eanes insisted that the athlete's romance with the Grammy winner is a real deal.
In the interview with the New York Times, the brothers talked about being the masterminds behind Travis' popularity surge in 2023. Aaron said, "People say to me, 'Man, it's been a crazy year.' When I say, 'Actually, it's not that crazy,' people look at me funny. It's because it's easy when you have a plan. We're executing that plan."
The brothers created a "manicured business plan" to shoot Travis to superstardom, including having four football agents, a personal chef, trainer, a Los Angeles based publicist and more. The strategy works as he has landed endorsement deals with State Farm, Pfizer and more to name just a few.
Adding glitter to Travis' rising popularity, he's currently dating pop superstar Taylor. But the brothers said that the athlete's highly publicized romantic relationship wasn't on their bingo card.
"We positioned Travis to be world famous," Andre added. "We didn't know how it would happen, or when it would happen, or what would help push that further along. But it's always been the thought in the back of our minds."
For those who have met Travis and Taylor in person, the chemistry between them is obvious as witnessed by a guest at a private New Year's Eve celebration attended by the couple. Lyric Sheree, who attended the soiree with her husband, told ET, "I view them as a fresh couple. So, it always gives good vibes when you're starting out to date, and they look very happy."
"Taylor looked super happy," the digital creator went on to gush. "I didn't feel any type of bad chemistry between those two. I feel like they're a really cute couple, and they have good energy together."
Of capturing the famous couple on her video, Lyric said, "I didn't even know Taylor was there until I re-watched the video." She continued raving about the "epic" party, saying, "The energy of the party was just an amazing experience."
