AceShowbiz - Jordyn Woods has addressed rumors that she threw shades at Khloe Kardashian when she teased some collections from her new clothing brand, Woods By Jordyn. The Instagram influencer made it clear that she didn't have malicious intent with the quote on her letterman jacket.
After getting comments about the alleged shade, Jordyn set the record straight on Instagram Stories. "There's NO shade here, just a quote we can all relate to at some point," she explained on Wednesday, November 22, shutting down the rumors. "Not everything is shade, and everything's not that deep."
Jordyn also appeared to urge people to move on from the drama as she added, "It's almost 2024 y'all," before revealing that her boyfriend Karl-Anthony Towns "designed the jacket, and [she loves] it."
The said black and yellow jacket featured an embroidery of Jordyn's famous quote which read, "I don't need your situation." The Heir Jordyn owner made the remarks during her 2019 appearance on "Red Table Talk" where she discussed the cheating rumors involving herself and Khloe's then-boyfriend Tristan Thompson.
"I would never try to hurt someone's home, especially someone that I love. And someone that I've seen - has a beautiful daughter," Jordyn told Jada Pinkett Smith at the time, referring to Khloe and Tristan's daughter, True. "I would never try to steal someone's man. I don't need your situation. I really just hurt so many more people by not telling the truth."
The drama also affected Jordyn's friendship with Kylie Jenner. Four years after the fallout, the former BFFs were pictured reuniting as they're seen leaving a restaurant together in Los Angeles back in July.
A source claimed that "Kylie and Jordyn have been in touch" since 2022. "[They] have had a friendship for the last year, but have kept it pretty private and low-key. They had to work at rebuilding," the insider explained.
"Although their friendship hasn't been as close as it was before the [Tristan Thompson] scandal, they are definitely friendly now," the source continued. "They are starting to talk more and Kylie missed having Jordyn in her life. Everyone in the family has moved on from what happened years ago, and Kylie felt comfortable being in public with her."
