AceShowbiz - Alexis Bellino is not involved in a romantic relationship with John Janssen despite recent speculations. The former star of "The Real Housewives of Orange County" is only "friends" with Shannon Beador's former boyfriend even though the two were assumed to be dating.

On Tuesday, November 21, the 46-year-old former reality TV star's representative responded to speculations suggesting that she has something more than a friendship with John. Speaking to Page Six, her publicist Spencer Lubitz stated, "Alexis and John have so much in common that it's easy to see why they are quickly becoming friends."

The representative went on to explain that Alexis and John "happened to be at The Quiet Woman at the same time when they initially met and a friendship was born." The rep further said, "Orange County is a small place so it's not surprising they would cross paths."

Alexis and John sparked romance rumors after their PDA-filled photo made its way online. On Sunday, November 19, Alexis' pals uploaded in a joint post via Instagram a series of photos from their fun night out at The Quiet Woman. One of the snaps captured her sitting next to John. In the meantime, he could be seen wrapping his arm around her shoulder as they widely smiled at the camera.

In the group picture, Alexis looked stunning in a sleeveless black top, a pair of huge earrings, a number of rings and a black bracelet on one of her wrists. Her long blonde hair was styled into loose waves and parted in the middle. In the meantime, John donned a long-sleeved white button-up shirt and tucked a pair of sunglasses in his top.

Along with the photos, Alexis' pals wrote in the caption of the post, "Ryan and I out on the town with our very special friend who we both love very much @alexis_bellino will always hold a special place in our hearts and as a couple since she so beautifully officiated our wedding and we are are eternally grateful," adding a slew of read heart emojis.

A few days later, Alexis' former castmate and John's ex-girlfriend Shannon appeared to have reacted to the alleged romance. On Tuesday, Shannon wrote via Instagram, "A good laugh heals a lot of hurt," adding a black heart emoji. In the same post, she let out several photos featuring her posing in a black mini dress, a pair of sheer black tights and matching pointed-toe high heels.

Shannon and John were in a relationship for four years before going their separate ways in 2022. They remain on good terms following the split. The former couple even hung out together several times following her DUI as well as hit-and-run arrest in September.
