AceShowbiz - Neil Young was not happy with Elon Musk's recent tweets that many dubbed "antisemitic." The "Heart of Gold" singer announced on Monday, November 20 that he's leaving X (formerly Twitter) following the platform owner's remarks.

"We are stopping all use of X that we can control," read a post shared to the 78-year-old's website. "For reasons that should be obvious to the richest man on Earth, we are taking this action against his company."

"For our many Palestinian friends and our many Jewish friends, we do need to start over in the present and release our terrible connections to the past," it added. "As bad as they are, they need to be forgotten to we can be free to move on in life together, all humanity, focused on saving our planet for future generations of all people."

Alongside the Grammy winner's statement, there was an image of Elon covered with a text that read, "Teslas should fly flags of love - not hate."

Neil's announcement arrived after Elon co-signed a tweet from someone that read, "Jewish communties have been pushing the exact kind of dialectical hatred against whites that they claim to want people to stop using against them." The tweet continued, "I'm deeply disinterested in giving the tiniest shit now about western Jewish populations coming to the disturbing realization that those hordes of minorities that support flooding their country don't exactly like them too much."

Replying the tweet, Elon penned, "You have said the actual truth." He further elaborated, "The ADL unjustly attacks the majority of the West, despite the majority of the West supporting the Jewish people and Israel. This is because they cannot, by their own tenets, criticize the minority groups who are their primary threat. It is not right and needs to stop."
