More than one week after slamming the 'Transformers' actress for flouting SAG-AFTRA's Halloween costume rules, the 'Abbott Elementary' star admits that she feels bad about her criticism.

AceShowbiz - Lisa Ann Walter has issued a public apology to Megan Fox for her viral remarks. More than one week after calling out the "Transformers" actress over her "bratty" behavior, the "Abbott Elementary" star admitted that she feels bad about her criticism.

The 60-year-old actress publicly apologized to Megan in a new interview published on Wednesday, November 8. Speaking to Page Six when making an appearance at the Glamour Magazine Women of the Year ceremony on Tuesday evening, November 7, she stated, "I didn't mean for it to be such a big deal. So now I feel bad. So I apologize."

During the chat, Lisa explained her issue with Megan's behavior, "Her adding the union on that day, that was the flip-off," making a reference to SAG-AFTRA. She went on to say, "That was the issue. And it's just bratty, it was just bratty." She also stated that the union is "not for rich people," adding, "This is for the people that can't negotiate a contract."

Lisa's public apology came more than one week after learning that Megan flouted SAG-AFTRA's Halloween costume rules. Megan dressed up as Gogo Yubari from Quentin Tarantino's "Kill Bill: Vol. 1" for Halloween 2023. She took a number of photos featuring the costume, shared them via Instagram and tagged the official Instagram account of SAG-AFTRA.

It did not take long for Lisa to slam Megan via social media. On October 29, the member of the SAG-AFTRA negotiating committee made use of X, formerly known as Twitter, to write, "What a rebel. Keep posturing for stupid s**t, pretty lady."

"Meanwhile we'll be working 10 hours a day - unpaid - to get basic contract earners a fair deal," she went on to state. "(PS-the post responded members questions. No one cares about kids' costumes. Just high pros at fancy parties. Like Megan)."

Previously, SAG-AFTRA urged its members to dress up as "generalized characters and figures (ghost, zombie, spider, etc.)" instead of those from struck films and shows. However, the union was later blasted by Ryan Reynolds and Mandy Moore.

In response, the union clarified, "SAG-AFTRA issued Halloween guidance in response to questions from content creators and members about how to support the strike during this festive season." It added, "Our number-one priority remains getting the studios back to the negotiating table so we can get a fair deal for our members, and finally put our industry back to work."
